Claims Policy
At C is for Champagne, we are committed to delivering your champagne in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with faulty packaging, you are entitled to make a claim in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
You may submit a claim if:

Your order arrives with visible damage (e.g. broken glass, leaking bottles).

You receive the incorrect item(s) compared to your order confirmation.

The product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described on our website.
Claim Process:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us via the contact form with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographic evidence.

Do not dispose of any item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as we may request a return or arrange a collection.
If your claim is accepted, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a credit note. Please note: claims do not include dissatisfaction with the taste or personal preferences. Champagne is a natural product, and variations in flavour are not considered a fault.
Refunds Policy
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unopened and in resaleable condition. However, there are specific conditions applicable to perishable goods such as champagne.
You may be eligible for a refund if:

You return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in unopened, original packaging, and the product is deemed fit for resale.
Refund Limitations:

We do not offer refunds for taste-related reasons. As with all wines and champagnes, personal preferences in flavour are subjective and not covered under refund rights.

We are unable to accept returns for bottles that have been opened, tampered with, or consumed.

Refunds are not issued for minor cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
To request a refund, please emails us via our contact form quoting your order number. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
